Dancing to Dirges

Depressing and happy things Tim says, sometimes while drunk

I'm remiss for not mentioning this earlier, but time off and chaotic work conditions have made me a bad internet warrior. Bad.

Interzone, under the wise hand of Peter Bullock, has started doing podcasts. This has been in the works for a while, and I'm excited that it's finally live. My story The Algorithm is among the first barrage of 'casts. The reader is brilliant. Go ye, and enjoy.

Listened to your story earlier and enjoyed it greatly--you're right; the reader and production of this podcast are high quality. Good story, too. :) Is this the same world in which your novel takes place?

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it. Yeah, the novel is in this world, and even shares some characters, though that's not apparent until later in the book. Also, the book has a lot more "Richard K Morgan" in it than that story. It's hard to do cog-noir in short stories.

Hopefully the server for the rest of the stories will be up soon.
